Cozy is a one-person operation by design. Ben turned up to too many homes himself where the "experienced tech" was someone the booking office had never met — and the job suffered for it.
So Cozy works the opposite way. Every quote, every truck-mount run, every difficult stain conversation, every follow-up call — same person, same standard, every time. If something isn't right, you ring one number and Ben sorts it.
